Yay! There's one more paper, but the celebrations have begun. The Incredibles was the perfect movie for this day. It still hasn't quite hit me: no more school! no more school uniform, no more textbooks for seven months, no more exams for a year! Friday would be a more appropriate day for this entry, but i feel it now. And i have so many plans, starting with
.Gramophone. Find the cds i lost among the thousands, and buy T. Rex!
.finger-walking through the yellow pages for t-shirt and if possible, tin pencil case printing shops
.burning cds into my mp3 player
.mixing music!
.looking for a community service program, maybe sell tshirts?
.looking for an aikido or hiphop dance class, and a class companion. anyone interested?
.more research to decide on a course! so many choices!
.dyeing hair and not worrying about something school-subtle
.reading books i'm not tested on
.calling mgs to ask about relief teaching spaces
.looking out for short-term part-time jobs at a clothing store or restaurant 12.present for somebody who's going away soon and very soon
.jamming and worship sessions!!
Oh myyy. Dream shop jobs: mango, topshop, somewhere with lots of clothes to look after and stuff i would actually wear. Cedele depot would be either heaven or torture, depending on whether i get to take home leftover meringue pie slices and cookies. Fish & co has a nice surf feel, and the uniform's not too bad. Starbucks would require long training, but i don't mind smelling chai latte everyday. A smallish bookstore would be lovely too. Hmm. Of course the ultimate fantasy would be cutting hair for none other than Ben, but there's no chance he'll trust me. I just want to get a feel of the inner workings of the food industry, or of the fashion industry. AAAAAAHhhh! Teaching would be nice and fulfilling, but my heart tells me i don't really want to go back into a school environment so soon. There are very superficial things like outlawed clothes and earrings that are important for now. I almost wish i wasn't going away next year for a holiday, but the key word is almost.
