let lemons be angry

Come to me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.

Matthew 11:28

What does it mean to have rest? Because of God I have been twice as busy.
But rest I found, "letting God do a scuba-dive" into my heart this week.

There are things I have prayed about for a long time, things I have cried for because the answers I needed didn't come. But everything is truly beautiful in His time. I wouldn't have been ready for this turn of events back then. I couldn't have seen how it could be.

Such as that stray cat of mine--it finally realized that it can never be tamed enough to come into my house, or to be my pet cat. And so as if we agreed upon it, it has gone to look for other owners who won't try to tame it. I will still give it food occasionally. But I don't have to shut it out and I don't have to walk away. I was so afraid that I'd have to.
