Exciting work news:

New mug to replace broken one!
Firedrill last friday!
Flood in warehouse over the weekend!
Orange-haired stalker who doesn't smile but wanted to be friends!
Dead flowerbuds that promised to bloom!

My my, how mundane we get.

In other news, there's Fred Perry's 100th birthday at the Red Dot Museum (today), Mae Pang (really just good ol' pang aimei)'s first ever runway show tomorrow, rugby sevens over the weekend - i know, not like i play or watch regularly right, but still exciting - and the regular zouk flea on sunday.

The other two glue girls are going to hongkong next week, without me, and so i refuse to divulge roadnames to Rise shopping centre. Clue: it's in a hole in the wall of graffiti. It's like Ali Baba and the treasure he found, you have to look past the bright lights in store windows, and look for the hidden door.

I watched Julie and Julia last night, and it made me think hard about blogging. Dawn has quit her blog, giving me one less thing to read. Somepowerrangers has also shut down. Too many bloggers from the early 2000s are now deciding that they have nothing more to say on their blogs. While I don't know if that will happen to me someday, I've never been worried that I'll bore whoever reads this blog. I don't even know who reads anymore, or who used to (sneakily, by googling me, and then pretending he was hearing my stories in person for the first time)I'm here simply because I like to write, and I like to type. I used to sit in my dad's office and type with the computer off. While I found Julie self-indulgent and too reader-oriented, Julienne will never have any qualms about boring you.
